A Bad Proposal - Chapter 8

So why didn’t he come earlier if he still liked her to this extent? It’s not 1 or 2 years ago but 7ya. That’s too long to have feelings left. Besides he didn’t come back just because he missed her and couldn’t endure anymore or realized she’s the one for him. He came back only after knowing she works at the bar, but why?? His character is still not well developed and there are so many questions left about his actions.
