Ugh those boomer employees are always like that. Why do you think back in your day women couldn’t become a team lead?? Because it was filled with assholes like you who felt insecure of women being in the workforce. Honestly nothing much has changed. As long as these boomers at the workforce, they keep trying to pull down women.
(To anyone reading this, I’m sorry for the rant. Just that looking at that guy just unlocked my core memories. There are a lot of guys like him in Tech unfortunately)
