The little bastard is creepy; knowing that he watched what was done to Esther for 13 lifetimes and did nothing whatsoever and instead is only just plotting to save himself without needing Lavienne makes it feel really weird that the author keeps genuinely pushing it. He feels despicable to me so his constant attempts at cuteness make me wanna kick him and normally that’s the sign of a well written antagonist or villain but it makes a shitty ML, especially since I don’t think we’re supposed to hate him for some reason.

Chapter is messed up and even though its cute that ml is doing something but isn’t this too much? Both them are child so how could you do something like this? He didn’t even asked about how she feels. Idk about others but thats forced no matter how cute it is.
