Yeah, i agree. It was weird from the start. The plot isn’t good enough to make it interesting.

I….am having trouble believing the things the author writes. I understand needing to push a certain narrative along, but when things happen that don’t seem very likely (even fantasy needs a certain level of believability to convince their audience) the story stops being interesting. There is too much antagonism coming from the Empire at this point for me to believe the Provi-whatever has any legs to stand on to co-exist as it does. It’s too one-sided. There’s not enough for me to believe the Empire shouldn’t have already swallowed the province-whatever under one rule. Especially with the priests acting like….that.
