   I agree she blushes way too much when he is concerned, I would be more okay with it if she was blushing at other people instead.
   I do understand that she was starved of love and affection for her entire existence with very few people that ever gave a shit about her and those cases were fleeting at best.
   Also unrequited love being drawn out as long as hers was is truly cruel, he was randomly sprinkling just enough “protection” to keep her believing that he might look in her direction or care about her eventually, he truly was the worst.
