@matanoia87 she fully healed her brother because she thought she will probably die and that could be the last thing she does, so being exposed didn’t matter if she were to die right there and then. but even fully healed as he uses his ability the thing just comes back. and she didn’t completely heal her dad because it will expose her identity not just to her dad but also other dukes who interact with him. So she is trying to be as subtle as possible because she thinks exposing herself is just nothing but red flag

I’m trying to understand her POV. So she has a 2nd chance. She knows how it went and based that to avoid mistakes. She’s functioning in a child’s body. Does that affect her mind as a child as well?

I’ll just never understand why she didn’t take the opportunity to fully heal her dad and brother when she had the perfect chance to do it without it killing her. Like she already trusts them and she endangered the one shot she has at saving them 😮💨🙄 I might need to drop this after all…

I’ll be honest. Regardless of circumstance the FL in this is by far a complete retard. Purposefully diving headfirst into danger for absolutely no reason is just the author forcing the story along because they can’t write up anything good.
The beginning had promise but now its just frustratingly bad. Nothing worse than having to read about someone more naive than a toddler.

@I’mJustHereToSimpDon’tMindMe, it’s one thing to not know about love and how to truly live. It’s another thing to not even question danger and jumping head first into it despite knowing how terrible it is because that’s how she’s lived an entire lifetime. That’s what’s annoying. I’m all for reading 100 chapters of self-healing and coming to trust people in a new life. What I can’t stand is ignorantly putting everything you know and love in danger in your SECOND life because you don’t have the common sense to at least exercise precaution when faced with a, quite literally, life-threatening danger.

I agree, it’s annoying that she’s not doing everything she can to protect the family she never had. You’re an adult, not actually a child. Why would you go visit someone who was a threat to your life? Idiotic. I hate it when FL is so dumb and pathetic. Am I just being picky? I mean, why in the world did she go to visit that guy so late at night at the first place, only to stand close to him enough that he could hurt the squirrel? She’s an adult in a child’s body with full knowledge and first hand experience with the dangers. Did the artist/author forget that completely? I get that you wanna push forward the plot by dumbing her down momentarily, but at least make it make sense.
