I’m with the other people on here. With this type of Chinese Manhua I knew what I was getting into. I just don’t like that we got to see her (potentially) innocent as a child and then it leads to this. I know this is life and your actions have repercussions but in many of these Chinese manhua the penalty can be over the top. Send her to jail, don’t show the reader a back story to make us slightly feel for the antagonist. This is why often I don’t read Manhua with romance and drama tags.

I think she deserved at least the scare – after all, is she not also the one who both orchestrated a drugging and SA Blackmail against her own sister so that she’d get imprisoned for her own wrongful murdering of someone? It’s hard to feel sorry for her when she killed someone and felt no remorse – it’s a good thing you all have empathy that she does not, for not wishing something so horrid on her. I don’t know that I wished it on her, but I certainly find it hard to feel sorry for her either, this is the realty that she so easily pushed upon someone else, sitting pretty in her ivory tower, playing with others’ live like they were nothing. One man is terminally disabled for life, another dead by her hands – and not once has she ever thought to look inward or have any sense of other people as anything but tools, toys, and playthings in her own world.
