FrR The cover is totally a catfish. The art is very basic, also is the main plot.
The FL is too innocent.. it’s even boring. She is a pushover but also super powerful… like why?
It’s hard to understand why she is riding her face after so many years, who would recognized her?
And after few chapter the slow burn become even slower….

Okay spoiler alert since not all the chapters are out yet
He finds out in chapter twenty three! The cover made me read it and I don’t regret it at all tbh, btw this isn’t using someone else’s cover to attract people it’s using the novel’s cover, and yeah that was so disrespectful you shouldn’t disregard someone’s time and efforts and say it’s something a 10 years old kid would have done. You don’t like it you leave and never come back, the story is great and the art is cute and with time it’s actually getting better no need to disrespect something you can’t even do half of it.

I agree with your sentiment. Aside from it being a disrespect to the artist and the author the art was intended for, it is also very misleading to the readers. As you have said, “a bait” is a very appropriate way of describing it.

They should seriously stop using covers made by someone else just to bait people into something that a 10-years-old kid would have done. I’m sorry if this sound disrespectful with the author but actually with this many manwhas with the same plot/environment at least the esthetic should be taken more in consideration. This is just my opinion tho, if people can still enjoy something like this, than I wish you a good sgory at least.
