So my comment contain spoiler for the first 13 chapter.
It clearly is a mature romance with deep thematic. I don’t think it is the cup of tea of everyone
So I find this story rather interesting.
The mc is clearly flawed and I think it is leading to a redemption. She is arrogant and self-absorbed. She doesn’t trust her friend and is what you call a “pick me”
But I like this. I really think the author is going the route of a redemption arc.
I think the ML will opened her eyes that she is more than just pretty and that she can trust her friend.
I will truly be disappointed if that’s not the case.
Now for the “cheating part” it didn’t happened yet and I don’t think it will.
We can see that MC and her boyfriend doesn’t get along and will probably break up before her marriage.
And I don’t think the ML will fall for her even if she is single. She will fall hard for him and try to seduce him but he won’t budge.
Now the romance will probably blossom after her redemption arc AND after both couple broke up.
I truly hope for that

I can’t root for it .. it’s the typical cliche we read in every evil stepsister plot..how a bitch seduces mcs fiancee etc etc….

i actually like this, its a different type of pov story. and guys this is how FL is she’s not another character but the FL, and she has gone through so much and it explains why she’s acting like that. and honestly she has the right to act like this when her BF and his family is trash, and he himself is also considering to let go of her so why cant she think so too ?? she has every right
