The story is.. okay. Not the best. I do however find the fact they use ‘diva’ to describe her as just jarring? It has roots in latin meaning goddess, but it only really started to be used recently in english and most commonly refers to pop idols. That or its used in the queer community. She’s… neither. And i wish they chose a different word. Its akin to hearing someone using day to day slang in a episode of star trek or something. And yes, this is a isekai, so you could make the argument that she introduced the word, but she didnt. Townsfolk called her that from the start.
Also, she swaps very quickly from “oh im a different person from a different world but these memories belong to this girl… we’re different though” to “i wish i saved my brother back then, if only i had this power”
Just a bunch if whiplash. If you can ignore it though, this feels like a easy “shut your brain off” series.
Personal note though, does anyone else just cringe at the idea of openly singing out of nowhere? The very thought of having someone break out into song beside me would make me turn on my heel.
