I think you’d be surprised by how many people have met their partner in kindergarten. You also need to consider, we live in a world of billions, the world of the people in this novel is much smaller.
And the age difference at 5-10… when they used to marry kids 50 years younger in our actual history… I’ll take this difference. It’s cute.

I don’t know if it’s the culture of the style of writing but I just can’t wrap my head around or support how every webtoon and manga has 10-year-olds thinking about marriage in an actual romantic sense instead of just like a child’s oh we’re best friends so we’ll live together kind of way like a teenager crushing on a child is so creepy just save romance for when they’re both teenagers or when they’re like 17 to 25 at the minimum

there is actually a 3 year difference which is still kind of weird but just not as much

A 10yr old getting a crush on a 5yr old is weird enough, but that crush continuing as a 15yr old for a 10yr old…🤢
A 5 year age gap wouldn’t be bad if she was already at least 18, they really should’ve waiting for any romance to start 😕 they could’ve still met as children, just do the usual “both or one falls for the other when they meet again” thing…
