How in the world did he get his black hair?

Again, it could be the curse, but it really is genetics.
You can carry a very low recessive gene within you without even knowing. For instance, my family always have dark brown eyes, black hair and dark skin because of that dominate gene of our African background but I won’t be surprised if in the future I have a blond-haired, blue-eyed baby because in my family history, I’ve noticed a few Caucasian mixed in because of my last name.
I could be carrying a recessive gene for my child to have blue eyes instead of brown or blond hair instead of black, etc. If both parents carry the recessive genes of blue eyes, one of their kids will have blue eyes. If only one parent carries it, then it’ll be passed down for generations until eventually appears in their future descendants.
Genetics is cool and weird like that.

Exactly @Fast-Reader 89. One blondie+another blondie should equal a kid blondie, but he has black hair…?

The laws of genetics don’t apply here.

dominant genetic traits are a wonder at times

In genetic dominant traits can skip generations so i guess it did with Lus’ mother so he look more like the rest of the family

Because of the curse Lus have black hair…. I guess
Rhi_Zah
If the parents hair are both blonde then why did Lus have black hair?
