Rainbowdragonlord, i get what you mean, but i just hope the mc can learn from this, the mc was strong enough to just kill that lady and save the girl from the getgo, but instead he decided to keep stalling, he was 100x more powerful than anyone there but he kept stalling. I hope the MC learns from this, did he kill the girl? No, was he a bystander that could have saved her but didn’t? Yes, and thats basically indirectly harming her.

This entire fight sucks like I really hate Force battles like this. I would have genuinely preferred if MC accidentally killed the kid.
Because right now this really just makes no proper sense.
Maybe that’s what the author wants, but to me this is just terrible story writing for a story that I thought was amazing.
I’m going to keep reading but I probably won’t pick it back up once I make it up to the end
