Cons:
1st thing to address, the facial expressions, especially the eyes, they aren’t very expressive. I noticed this in chapter 1, when MC takes down the assassin(I assume) the assassin seemed to have no reaction/laid back reaction to MC elbowing him. The MC herself doesn’t seem to be very expressive, she seems a bit arrogant even.
2nd, the translation. It is only chapter 2, and I see problems with the translation. In chapter 1, it was a very minor problem I had- why is there a random “a b c” bubble? That was very minor, that I can overlook, but this chapter? Gosh, firstly there are bits that are untranslated- speech bubbles especially. If I could read Chinese or any other language, I wouldn’t need a translation to English. It’s fine if its just little bits of sifix but entire speech bubbles? Yeah, what the actual f*ck.
3rd- also kinda translation. It may just be me but this is kinda confusing, MC says the brunette guy is “her” son but then the “son” says MC is his sister in law?
Pros:
1st of all, the art is beautiful & the chibi is adorable. There is great detail, can’t imagine how long that took.
2nd, that last bit(I assume it’s a preview?), keeps the reader waiting for the next chapter- cliffhanger ig?
Don’t take this personally, just my opinion so far- it’s only chapter 2 so I haven’ seen that much yet, this is just what I think so far.
Have a lovely day,
