Honestly, he could be autistic – but also we don’t know about how the nanny treated them prior, if she was impatient/negletful and a lot like his own grandfather treated him he could just be severly abused and may have eyesight problems ( color blind / sight issues ) it may later on stem to seem like the spectrum. If you noticed he tripped over his own toy, he might not be able to see far away objects. Though I could be wrong~
