I like that she didnt debute him in banquet or art gallery, coz he’s too young. He’s just a sensitive kid, got abused by grandfather, and cannot handle public opinion. Even his mother cannot communicate with him, many strangers might admire or comment his artworks which will traumatize him for sure.

Honestly, his debute/birthday should be a art gallery and a small banquet with like-talent nobles that like to draw/paint. That would create sponsors not for the throne but for his talent instead, and interacting with others that could teach and enhance his own skills.
