I really hate this kind of story where the FL is weak, and keep kneeling forgetting their own dignity and pride, it feels like stepping my own dignity 💔 arg…I think it’s not my cup of tea… I’d rather find another story where FL fierce and equal in all aspects of ML character.

He’s being harsh, but realistic for the setting. Alice has been spoiled and is now posing an actual risk to her entire family. He’s pushing Chloe to realise her sister needs serious tough love and punishment now.
