I frgot the emperor also said the only one tht can protect from the red hair guy at first supposed to be Fl’s husband but politically aside, the husband either dead/ lost bcs of politic side issue with the red hair side. And the responsibility is now under fl. i think as others complained I feel like this makes lot more sense

I think because the red hair guy will surely killed the prince for the throne. Remember how the previous Emperor consult with fl abt his concerned on the greedy red hair guy and his regret not to kill him. And he even ask fl to protect the prince if im not mistaken in previous chaps. But the prince is unaware/ he want fl to like him and trying his best to protect fl but fl only think of him as someone need to protect and as a younger brother too. The way she send all her loved one far away probably temporary until she achieve her goal, thats why she make this decision. At least thats my speculation

And how is this helping the prince? Or her daughter? I’m sure the author is gonna try some stupid loop hole, but I don’t see how this help. Feel like a suicide by cop situation. Even when prince is found alive, the Duke isn’t gonna be trouble for false report. And now her daughter would be fugitive forever. Idk how story will end but it seem Evelyn only cared about how to make herself a villian to be killed.

She’s always putting him through so much pain and for what? 😒😮💨 I wonder when they’ll finally reveal all to us in the backstory. If her being his lover put him in danger so she pushed him away? If Sherri is their child? If all of that is the reason why she has all the injuries on her body? Etc.
Is this supposed to be a tragedy or are they going to to take that chili pepper-headed motha hubber out? !!
