Okay, I don’t understand why the rating is so high. People must only have read the first one or two chapters and then rated it.
Because if you’re going to come back and retcon practically everything in Chapter 3, you might as well just create a brand new manhwa. Or at the very least, do a flashback chapter and retell the damn origin stories. This shit is so confusing and cheaply written. Speaking of cheaply written, the character interactions are also really bad. There’s barely anything meaningful except “I’ll kill you” “I’ll kill you first” “Oops it turns out you killed me” “I’m only killing you because I want to actually kill my rival/conquer this country just so I can be killed by the manhwa’s main protagonist later!”
You’re telling me instead of the protagonist having healing powers and being entombed by his bully, “actually” he has bone powers and he was stuck in this random ass nega-zone? And I only got that after several chapters of characters vaguely referring back to it, because I was so confused why they kept saying his powers come from these blood portals and not from bullying. And then you cheapen his revenge by bringing his bully back to life. OH YEAH, IT “TURNS OUT” HIS BULLY’S POWERS WEREN’T WHAT YOU THOUGHT IT WAS LOL. And now HE’S out for revenge for the protagonist. So it’s revenge after revenge. Cheap shallow writing.
Also, why introduce all these insanely powerful characters only to kill them off in the cheapest ways possible? You set them up to be these crazy country-conquering characters only to be merced by a bony bastard whose powers weren’t regeneration after all, it was BONES. This is like One Punch Man except boring. It’s like if you were a comedian and you came to your show with only punchlines. I can’t stand this. I can’t read this shit anymore. Anyway, I’ll see you in the next chapter.
