Mabel’s personality is a jaded young woman from the start. Now it’s giving a boring senseless dislike for someone who tried to save her. Props for the dad in coming up with a plan. Although, the basis of every isekai-ed women seems to always be to have the destiny of the chosen one, or belived by a fickle God or ‘different’ from other with some inherited powers from past lives. I was hoping for something different from unilateral unfounded devotion to an orphaned child.
