I love this battle of wits so much here.
I’m not religious bc I don’t like take sides, but I do believe people have the right to believe in whatever they want as long as they don’t force others and try to involve it in the government, policies and laws, etc. Keep religion and personal opinions to yourself and out of politics. Just keep things we can all agree on like criminals needing punishment, etc.

TMI POINTLESS RANT
I grew up going to private schools, I think it’s great for children bc it provides structure, discipline, and teaches morality. However, after studying cultural Anthropology, unbiased history books (Jesus was a tyrant 🫠), and Philosophy I realized it was very cult like. My granny had the church TV channel playing and they talked about converting tribes like people taming a wild animal. They were fine on their own,they didn’t need “saving”. The church caused them to go at war with each other and made them abandon 80% of their cultural identity, beliefs, and the unique traditions made from those beliefs. Like you can’t have a spirit festival worshipping the god of life/death while remembering your deceased family and ancestors if your new religon says that’s treason, they are in hell bc they weren’t followers and can’t escape to visit you.

Like bruh, what happened to the world peace, freedom, equal rights, and helping those in need no matter what? Where did all those honey coated promises that made you want to join all go?? I’m not hating on anyone, if you’re religous be proud of it. It just isn’t for me anymore after seeing the damage extremists have done that leads to terrorism, discrimination, etc. It’s even worse for people to believe in nothing at all bc they will have no conscience or morals holding them back.
