   I think he gets caught in the rain and gets sick…my kids have asthma related issues, if it wasn’t for modern steroids and the ER I may have lost them a few times from a simple chest cold. The cold irritates and triggers the asthma and the asthma beings to swell and constric the lungs….its a spiraling death sentence from there without modern intervention. With modern meds its a quick trip and a shot (and inhalers) and they’re over it in a day or two like everyone else.
