I was fine with all the other stuff but the ‘fixing a dike means nature comes back worse to create a new worse fated disaster’ is a bit much for me. Like of course you can’t prevent nature from happening, but you can change the human response to the disaster, which she did.
Though if it’s a ‘you can’t prevent the original events setting’ then why can they act different from how they did before and how do they think the plan to change their actions by not marrying and letting the other brother be king will go? Won’t that also affect the life and death of a lot of people?
