The thing is, Kyle is a big mama’s boy, he literally can’t do anything against his mom fo Layla up until the end. The most annoying part about his mom is, their family is not even a noble one, what if they’re a noble with high societal status, she will absolutely humiliate Layla for being close with his son, and Kyle won’t definitely do something about that, not because he don’t want to, but he can’t.
