@rosemary she was trying to help the bird. Layla is a delicate soul and loves animals dearly, she wouldn’t have expected Mathias to be coming to her cottage. She’s also good at climbing trees, she never expected to be in that situation. And yes I agree with you, it’s likely she’ll end up falling for him., just like any good girl falling for the bad guy, and the good guy, Kyle, will be left behind. Sad world we live in right?…😔
