I hate this story because of what happened to my poor Kyle , he was the perfect man , he never deserved it . I read the novel , I was thinking that Atleast the side stories would talk about Kyle but no the author just wanted to focus on trash Matthias . Atleast give kyle a love interest to ease the minds of readers . My heart goes out to Kyle

Layla doesn’t really have that romantic feelings with Kyle, like whatever you do you can’t really force your self to love that person more than friends though that person is really kind to you, I truly understand that feeling, like you want to teach yourself loving that person but your heart says he’s just a friend.

He still wants to marry his fiance but wants her as his side piece – at the beginning, even in the novel, this is all she was supposed to be … something he can keep and play with to make his duties more bearable/ his existence more exiting.
