Unpopular opinion but Penelope is in the right to not trust Callisto. I guess the fans just ignored what he did back in the cave and when they first met. Hoping the ending with them two being together is unrealistic? People don’t care about how unhinged Callisto is because they think it’s “sexy” but hates Eclis for the same thing.

She’s been doing everything she can and given the situation I cannot see a way around making Eclis a better character as they all originally weren’t that great least of all to Penelope. He’s turned out horrible after everything she’s done for him and given him. It’s sad to see but I hate him

Guys come on. Who used whom? Penelope choose eclis to have a ending with. Remember that in the first chapter where Penelope buys eclis? Back then he didn’t have even a set of clothes and his body was full of scars. Penelope brought him to Dukes mansion and give him a roof to live under and treated him like a HUMAN when no one didn’t. But in return he acted like a spoiled brat by crying in the corner of his room and caused trouble for Penelope eventhough he knew that she might get scolded by her father or brothers and all of these wasn’t enough he brought yvonne to Dukes mansion so that Penelope would lose her title as a lady of Ekaret

From an outside perspective – of course we all want her to forget about Eclis already. She doesn’t realize how much of the Prince’s favor she’s actually gained. (Heck he had a tracker on her and immediately left a meeting to make sure she was ok) kallisto would really do anything BUT kill her. It’s sad because she can’t see any of this yet.
