I mean, I support her decision. At the end of the day, she is taking what he says seriously. If he is regretting now what he said then that’s his problem lol. She realized they’re INCOMPATIBLE because they want different types of relationships. It’s like someone who wants to an arranged marriage out of convenience and the other wants a marriage decided on love. They are both right to believe and want what they want. But it seems like neither is just willing to budge 🤷♀️ Makes sense to me why she would reject him. He likes her and that’s enough for him to marry her. But it’s not enough for her, period. So he either has to accept that and move on or fall in love aka court her and see if they can create a deeper bond before even considering marriage. Orrrrr she gives in and enters a “loveless” marriage which MAY orMAY NOT result in a loving marriage. Either way, I love him as the ML, but not if they are just going to get into a forced engagement which she doesn’t want or need. I think she should just leave that house tbh and whoever is willing to follow her and still court her after she lives the life of a commoner is the right choice 🤔 But I don’t think that’s where the story is going 😭
