Do i have to remind you guys that she is literally a mermaid, not a normal human? And that’s her first time having contact with them, the others mermaids are older and more experienced, of course they are smarter, but Melusine is the youngest among them, she didn’t eveb know human lenguage and all she knows is that she has to make a child with her “serenade” and than return to the ocean, i too normally hate this kind of fl, but for the first time, her being lile this makes sense when to start of thing she is not even human só she doesn’t go by the same rules or common sense
