It’s kinda dumb to not have his subordinates who are supposed to worship him not bow. This is not the mentality of king/god, it’s the mentality of a 21st century person. Only select people are given the privilege of not bowing, otherwise it is difficult to hold order and declare prestige to the masses. Your boss can be friendly to you, but when it comes to business, they are not your friend, they are your boss.
