How can someone enjoy the good things in their life when their body is dying, when they are in pain, when your thoughts are clouded but that same pain?

In my religion, we believe that life is not supposed to be easy and it should come with suffering but It’s very human that FL can only see her sufferings (illness) and not the good things she already has (Loving family, wealth, dream powers, reincarnation, etc).
