this is what happens when the story is a cheap one-trick phony and there’s nothing else going on besides this ONE BIG PLOT but they can’t think of something else. They couldn’t think of other engaging plot AFTER the reveal, so they strung everybody along for as long as possible just to not get cancelled. The “love story” doesn’t even matter. She raised his lover and they are childhood friends, she was his only friend, and now he will do everything for her. WOW. Very creative. This story is wasting everybody’s time, and the only incentive is at the very least, the artist is employed and is still getting money from it

I dropped this a long time ago, but I just want to see the daughter reveal. The romance part is so annoying and cliche that I don’t even want to waste my eyes looking at it. 😩

It’s official! We the readers need to find the original author and string them upside down from a tall tree or light pole for punishment. Dragging out the daughter thing when the readers have already figured it out is annoying and does nothing to help or add to the story!
