Think there is some confusion with readers. A tomboy doesn’t mean she’s going to be some super bad@$$ who can beat up everyone. It just means a girl who likes stereotypical male activities, like hunting. and wears pants. She got some personality traits that aren’t common in women, especially in this era. I think they’re portraying her as a tomboy very well.

I think that the problem of weak MC is that the title says that she is supposed to be a tomboy, but currently she is just an average lady who is simply rude. She’s all bark and no bite—at the first sign of trouble, she instantly becomes a damsel in distress, relying on others to save her. The core problem is that people had higher expectations and hoped for something fresh, only to be disappointed by the usual weak MC trope of helplessness.

She made multiple attempts to escape the mansion, and then her and her little sister finally did escape,, she tricked her pursuers with sending the horse on it’s own, held a gun to an assassin’s head Like she’s not She-Ra, but she’s not a pathetic damsel either.

And yall reallyyyy need to give them FL a break sometimes and make mistakes and develop with time for gods sake, I never see the end of “the FL is weak” like OKAY??? Andd??? Sometimes yeah the whole plot is dumb, and to each their own opinions but ugh those comments never stop ;,(

Not just that. Do you guys not realize the timeline? This story is not portraying modern times but historical, I get that most manhwas we read have have more open minded and modern aspects but while reading different manhwas, to each their own, you have to look at it differently but it’s a completely different story and protagonist

Ivan knows some sort of her secret which she cannot reveal to her father or public. IT WAS LITERALLY SEEN HOW THIS SECRET SCARES HER. If she would tell her father what Ivan did to her along with his crimes, he would publish the secret he knows (which for us is still unknown)

are you serious that she just ignored that guy casually commiting 2 crimes (ideological falsehood and imprisonment) and brushed off as if she just lost interest on him? is her family weak? it didn’t look like it on chapter one
