I liked the end of the flashback/portal? Whatever but I didn’t like the fact that the MC had to go back to his old self at all it feels like a mix between backtracking and filler with just enough importance on the end to justify itself so i can say with confidence in my opinion that i didnt actually enjoy the end and making the MC go through all those previous years of agony of being just not enough and then backtracking giving him another chance and then just when its really getting started throwing him back into the same situation and making him think it was a dream for YEARS ALL OVER AGAIN is cruel in a way that i just dont find ANY enjoyment or entertainment in at all this could have been wrote ANYWAY imaginable and the author chose this way for him to be totally out gunned and be thrown into that rift rather than ANYTHING else
