Let me tell you guys, you don’t die from overworking. However overworking kills your health, I am aware of this. But based on overworking, if you overwork 3 years you are nor supposed to die so easily.
About the part she said, it felt she was choking. It meant she had another issue. Choking issue doesn’t happen unless the patient has inflammatory diseases like asthma or lung cancer. But it was never told in the novel. Once she ate the salad, she started dying fast. Once on verge of death, there was no foam in her mouth which meant she wasn’t poisoned with normal poison. It was CYANIDE.

According to my manhwa instinct ,definitely she got poisoned-the salad was poisoned. Probably whoever the enemies of the Duke(his relative?),those sc*mbags wants him dead.,maybe that trash wants the Duke title?
