The audacity to tell her that it’s an illusion? She loved through that, she experienced the pain! So just dismissed it like it never happened? He made the wrong choice, and she has to bear the consequences. How is having many wives and gathering many children gonna protect his wife and her kids? If anything it destroys her emotionally for sure, and he’s stupid if he think the other wives and their children doesn’t want power when it’s power the exact reason they’re married to him. And that exactly how FL and her children die. The priest told him to let her go, before he went back to take his throne, but he’s too selfish to do that, and drag her yet again into his messy royal life.

Yes he lost his children too, but it’s HIS FAULT. HE put them in that dangerous situation. I get that he wanted to provide a better life for his wife and child, but being a Royal would put them in a worse situation than living a small life in a village. He is at fault, and she has EVERY RIGHT to be mad at him. He was a shit person in his last life and didn’t provide the emotional support that he should have as her husband. And he is doing the same thing in this life. I get her and support her all the way.
