Alec and Afrosa has suffered much more than you can imagine. Would you believe it if I told you, that this is not the first regression, but the fifth. These two always end up together no matter how things turn out and they always suffer so much before one of them dies. Then after grieving, the other follows their beloved onto death, and then time rewinds. She is called “The Empress of Ashes” not because she burned to death in her previous life, but because only ashes remain of the love she and Alec had, everytime. Everytime, everything crumbles away right in front of their eyes and one of them dies. Then the other, consumed by grief, destroys everything and finally takes their own life.

I agree that him being king is making her sad, but if he is powerless HIM, HER, AND THEIR CHILD WILL DIE! They already sent assassins to attack him MULTIPLE times. He needs power to keep her safe and she needs to realize that.

She is frustratingly weak! It is making me hate this comic. I hate the overly sensitive and overly weak female characters. They always needs their men to save them. Things wouldn’t be so terrible for either of them if she got a damn backbone!

Can someone please tell the ML that if he really wants her to be happy then DONT BECOME KING!!! It’s not that hard to figure out shes not gonna be happy if you just lived in the village with your child and wife you would be happy. You clearly remember how bad it went the first time you became king and then your idea is to do it again!!??? Sure you’re gonna do it differently but still do you really think that’s gonna change it all??

Either he went first and solidified his position or he simply chooses her over the throne

Look how much that uncle of the Ml looked at her as if it was her fault as if she was dragging him down and he’s taking her to a place where no everyone will do that
