I get that in order to save time and resources a lot of manhwa and manhua use pre-made CGI-ish backgrounds/props/buildings/background characters/animals/monsters…like I get it.
The artists are kept on a tight schedule (a lot of them even falling sick because of it).
But some items or things should still be hand drawn…like the FLs crown. It looked so out of place and took away from the actual art. I kept looking at the crown, found myself having to re-read the speech bubbles. Don’t get me started on the horses…they look like the plastic horses used on merry-go-rounds…
Before it used to be a few things here and there, but I’ve started to see works where pretty much everything is pre-made art, background characters with no faces (eyes/mouths), and only the main/secondary characters are actually drawn or have details.
