Laila in a way never really hated Sion, since in several life, her life was not ended by Sion it just Sion will be the death that looking for each, like a certain ending.
Also they don’t interact until way way later, she wants to live but it also felt like she didn’t entirely hate Sion, like she was smiling at the latest death. She is tired of the cycle and I feel like she also the one who will break down her will to life later.
