It’s a slippery slope because the Duchess is of Imperial descent, so she’s technically still Royalty. Plus she holds most of the nobility in her hands, so she has considerable influence and power. The Emperor (still a dickhead) probably thought twice about inciting discord among the noble court over this. The Empress also doesn’t have familial support or influence, making her both weak and vulnerable.

i think the emperor should interfere, because insulting the empress is the same as insulting the imperial family, so it isn’t just a personal matter but also a national matter. He should at the very least teach her to uphold her authority like the fl is doing now

Does Le Majeste have nothing on this universe? For the past 10 years of harassment only a warning occured? That is a weak leadership. I mean if you add counters on it, 1st and 2nd try you can demote the nobles and confiscates some of their land as a sign of a warning. The 3rd complete annihilation of the family

*i forgot to add more to last bit. Queen needs to go from immature Rashta to strong Navier. King and Prince don’t need to be simps like Heinry, but need to listen to our 2 ladies so they don’t become Sovieshus. (Make decisions for “empire’s sake” that are ignorant and weaken authority instead)

Insulting the Queen is the same as Insulting the King, but I do agree that the Queen is a kind of a pussy. I think the men are trying to toughen her up the hard way, but it’s clear it’s not working. It would suck if they made enemies out of the duchess and other nobles, hower stomping on the Queen is only going to keep weakening the Imperial family’s power if they continue turning a blind eye to it.
In the Remarried Empress, Navier is pretty strong on her own versus Trashta who came from nothing who suddenly lives the lavish life unaware of the responsibilities. Heinry sort of puts Navier above his goals for the empire.
