@Maguna its not so much as a curse as much as it is a genetic issue. I think the Floyen family has the blood of the Goddess Circe in their bloodline and with such a high level of divinity running in their blood they cannot marry and have children with Archmages, who are descendants of Dragons. That is why Regis Floyen had to make a contract with a Dragon so it would numb the divinity in his blood enough to marry an Archmage and produce children.
