Well for starters, he has his reasons for acting the way he does. His wife who he loved so much died because of a certain someone and he is afraid that his daughter will also suffer the same fate if he doesn’t obey that person. There is so much that you guys don’t know. You will actually end up sympathisizing him if you knew what was actually going on. Neither the father nor the daughter is at fault here. The daughter doesn’t know the circumstances of the father, and therefore thinks that her father doesn’t love her. And the father is under cohersion, and is acting a certain way in order to protect his daughter, who he loves more than anything in the world.
