The father went batshit cookoo after his daughter commited suicide. He talked about a monster in this chapter. Well, he unleashed that monster there. He killed so many that the white marbele floors of the Imperial palace was forever stained red by the blood of the people he killed. The only one to survive was the Crown Prince Maximillian, and the only reason he survived was because he was the Duke’s Apprentice and also the only one of in the palace who did not condemn his daughter.
I want to see the reactions after she killed herself in the original. I think he gave hos daughter the dagger to protect herself while she was in the shadow room and the crown prince was there to get her out but pretended to be mean and all. They didn’t expect how low and depressed she was and that she was going to kill herself to jusy get away from all of it. I want to see the extreme guilt it must’ve caused. Well deserved though
