In the novel after Hestia was on the edge of taking her life cause she thought her actions had been meaningless since Caelus let Diana keep her Crown Princess status, they retire to the countryside where Caelus spends his days working remotely and convincing Hestia she’s the one he loves (then he has kids with her I think). He eventually returns to the Capital with Hestia, where Diana had already been divorced with the Crown Prince for a while.
