I am truly enjoying this story. Ahhh Hes and Kaelus I love them to bits . Also I love this plot of seeing beyond the happily ever after and I love this take on Diana’s character, normally we see this take in some villainess stories where the saintess wasn’t really a saintess but a conniving witch lol. But I love also, how we’re seeing that Diana’s love is shallow in a way. Like trouble happens which you caused by lying and not integrating into the noble culture (with Madam Merope leaving like im sorry but if she’s like a mother figure to your husband shouldn’t you be at least be willing to have a good relationship and learn from her because she’s important to your husband and it seems as if she liked you well enough so like wow Diana you dropped the ball there just because you wanted to keep your holier and righteous than thou act) and you’re like I should have chosen Kael instead. Like what the actual hell! We’re the male lead and sub male lead just your tickets to a better rich comfortable life and you chose the one that was more opulent? So I hope she gets a good wake up call from Kael basically tell her to back off and that he’s happy with Hes and Heli overhearing and is like I tried to support you and this is how you act and leaves her lol or something so. Just keeping digging your hole deeper and deeper Diana.
