This love is at a stand still. It’ll be hard for them to open up more when there’s this contract barrier. Kael know she loves him and said it before the love she has for him is different from the love he knows. Hestia really loves him and would spend her life with him but it’s obvious her love is more so fangirl fantasy it’s not going to happen kinda love. She’s not completely opening herself to truly being in a loving romantic relationship with him. I’m not sure how to fully explain it, other than she is really just living for him and don’t expect anything. Kael would need to open up to her to break her current mindset and I hope he does so fast,

Kael being Hess’s only reason to live is very concerning which is why Kael said that, he wants her to live WITH him not FOR him. It shows that he cares enough for Hess to recognize she’s not as mentally stable as she should be and needs help too. I think this is where we get the *SPOILER ALERT* misunderstanding that she doesn’t have long to live.

Sometimes I just feel bad for hess I mean she loves kael sooo much nd in the end she doesn’t receives the same amount of love. Well I know he will eventually love her harder but stillll😭🫶
