That’s so true! Even if you do everything for somebody and love them. They’re not obligated to return it and even if you are fantastic for each other without that one random little spark, it might not ever evolve into anything and you have to accept that everybody is different and just because they’re perfect for you doesn’t mean you’re perfect for them. OK I officially LOVE Umir. A couple chapters ago when everyone’s gaping in horror that Tark’s never given Aristine flowers, she’s cracking up. Now here she succinctly identifies both Diona’s initial lie and how she’s– well I’m not sure ‘playing the victim’ is accurate because it’s more like Diona’s crying from shame (at getting caught though, not at the bad things she did)– how Diona has a victim complex, maybe?
I still think she should have been able to analyze Aristine’s fainting episode better, though. The author dropped the ball on that one.

To all folks think that their relationship get better after this chap… a bit of spoiler btw, nothing is changed tho. Their relationship gone to neutral although they improve a bit with no misunderstanding until one of the servant said about Tarkan past loved…which is her but at that time her hair is different colour and she doesnt any recollection about it and tarkan doesnt know it was her.
