I really am curious to know who ‘jackal’ actually is and I’m also very curious to learn more about Mc. So far I gotta say this is really interesting and honestly it’s pretty unique. I have a feeling jackal isn’t one of the Potential ml’s though.
Anyways I cant wait to read more so far this is a 9/10 for me currently.

I think it’s too obvious if it’s that guy. The implied part about jackal being “male” is kind of sus after smiley pinky girl coincidentally shows up so fast with a possible distraction.
I think Jackal is kind of fox-like or a trickster like the lusty demon Asmodeus. So I vote pinkie and Serge as prime suspects. (Altho Serge feels too obvious as the choice as well). I’m thinking it’s the younger friend since that’s sort of a trope I’ve seen at least a few times.
(I probably already know who it is, but Imma play around until it’s actually confirmed.)
