😐 I don’t really know how to put this, but this manhwa is definitely a toxic romance.
Summary: The ML’s family was executed for treason, but the FL (a princess ) saved him. She treated him kindly, yet he resented her. Years later, after gaining power, the ML killed all the royals except the FL. He then gave her two choices: die with dignity or live as his toy. She chose to stay with him (most likely because she loved him). Their relationship is intimate but very toxic.
It reminded me a lot of “You Are Once My Slave.” I personally only read chapters 1–4 and then skipped to 19–20 since I’m already following another ongoing black,red-flag ML story. It will be too much to add another one.
👉 For future readers: Please let me know if this manhwa ever has an ML redemption arc.
