I doubt she would consider it a prize for her children to not be born.the I’m not sure which is the price or sacrifice but the options I’ve come up with are
1 the existence of and accompanied regression further back than her as her 3rd child
2 her son and daughter may have fused together into the sage and gone further back in time
3 the possibility others have mentioned of her children being miscarried
4 her husband or children from the previous timelines lives
5 thousands of human souls
6 reduced lifespans of the husband or children
